 With over a decade of experience in the mental health sector, I bring a wealth of clinical, practical, and strategic expertise to Understory & Oak. I hold an MSc in Counselling Psychology and am an Individual Member of BACP. Prior to my clinical training, I worked across a number of public and private companies in London, providing me with a diverse perspective on the unique pressures of various professional environments.

My clinical career has spanned a wide range of settings—including the NHS, charitable organisations, schools, and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP). Having worked at a senior management level, I possess a strong understanding of organisational structures and the realities of workplace challenges.

I offer workshops and training sessions for schools, charities, and corporate environments. I have a special interest in navigating the more complex "understory" of personal and professional life, including:
